Family Sailing Adventures - At Saracen Sailing we believe that sailing should be for the whole family, not just Mum and Dad. Our boats are well equipped with all the necessary safety gear and our skippers are very experienced. The gentle waters and beautiful climate of Mallorca make this an ideal place for starting your sailing adventures. We can tailor your family holiday according to what you would all like to do, the age and attention span of your children and how much you would like to learn. You can have either a cruising holiday on the water with someone else taking the reins or learn how to sail the boat. Or indeed, a mixture of both. For example you could take either a private 5 day RYA course or a specially priced 7 day skippered charter. Either way you would have your own 3 cabin yacht for the duration. For your guide, you would need to spend 2 days training to cover an RYA Start Yachting course and 5 days for either an RYA Competent Crew or Day Skipper course and there is no lower age limit for either the Start Yachting or Competent Crew courses. Learning to sail a boat is a great way to work as a family team. Please ask us for more details and advice.

Price includes: All lunches and refreshments; Fully RYA qualified professional instruction; All boat expenses - e.g. fuel, berthing, gas and VAT. On 5 day practical course, breakfast, evening meals on board, bed linen and towels.

Price does not include: Air Fares, insurance, evening meals if taken ashore and accommodation during shorebased courses. We can provide plenty of choices of accommodation to cater for all tastes and budgets. Please ask us for details.
